Dubai Customs Creek Quay Wall Construction

Design and construction of a concrete – cast in situ blocks - quay wall of 120 linear meters at 7 to 9 meters deep. Site preparation included excavation and dredging to the required depth, environmental protection, cast in situ of quay wall by means of individual concrete blocks in a U shape, backfilling and finishing with a capping beam and final treated concrete platform. Works included street lighting, electrical and sewage systems, fire fighting and CCTV with external interlock pavement areas. Project was executed in collaboration with design office CHSS- UAE and marine specialist MAR Marine to full satisfaction of local authorities requirement, all delivered on time.
